Delivery, Returns and Warranty Policy

Processing time: All orders are sent with 24-78 hours of payment confirmation.

Method: All orders are sent via DHL Express with tracking and signature upon delivery.

Price: All orders include shipping for free.

Customs and taxes: All taxes and import duties are prepaid by us. All are units have been tested and certified and are shipped with the relevant compliance certificates needed. Since implementing this system we have had a 100% success rate for miners entering the EU and USA.  Some counties have bans on cryptocurrency miners being imported. It is up to the buyer to know if this will be a problem.

Returns: We do not accept returns for any reason other than a miner being faulty.

Faulty Units: If you receive a faulty or damaged unit, you must within 2 weeks upon receipt, send the unit to the return address and email support@fusionsilicon.tech. We give you the option for a refund or brand new replacement unit. If the unit becomes faulty after more than 2 weeks, you must make a warranty claim.

Power Supply Unit: Please note that we will send the appropriate power supply for the delivery address, if you plan on using your miner in a country with different power plug or voltage then leave a note in your order detailing the power plug and voltage required.

Warranty: All units come with 12 months warranty from date of delivery. If your unit stops working contact warranty@fusionsilicon.tech with your unit serial number and problem. We provide free repairs, parts or replacements to any faulty units during this 12 month period. Please note we do not cover fault caused by the customer including but not limited to: Water damage, overclocking, physical damage, damage caused by insufficient insulation.
